To update the official contact person at your institution, please contact HRSA WRS Tech Support at:

Email: wrssupport@hrsa.gov

The email subject should be titled: HRSA WRS Official Contact Update Request

The body of the email should include:

• The name of the institution
• The OPS_ID of the AOR/SDSPR report
• The new official contact person's contact information:
  • Name
  • Title at institution
  • Contact number
  • Address
  • Email address
• The name of the old official contact person that is being replaced or updated
